  • Henry has introduced to our family the concept of tabata and the use of TRX bands and resistance bands. All 6 of us now train regularly using tabata which is tough but a great way of maximising exercise time and losing weight.
    The TRX and resistance bands allows us to train at home without the expense and time associated with going to the gym and contribute to our core fitness in a way that you are less likely to achieve with conventional weight training machines.
    Henry knows his stuff, keeps up to date with the latest developments in sport science and has a easy going style that works well with all ages.

  • I would just like to thank Henry & his team for the Thai Boxing training they have been giving to my son. The classes are well structured and teach him respect and understanding as well as how to defend himself.
    My son has become fitter, has better balance and has more confidence in trying new things ( I even now have to put the protective clothing on as he has begun to get real power in his body, not bad for a nine year old lad ).
    The team are friendly and take their time to teach the necessary skills to the young children in a safe environment. After each lesson my son has come out excited and wanting to try the skills he has learnt.
    All of the students mix in together and the older students take time to help the younger ones where required, the club has a friendly atmosphere and is very supportive amongst each other.

  • I started doing exercises regularly when I was 16 and haven't really stopped. My regime has adapted as I've got older but the changes settled down untill I started CorefitUK.
    The variance is amasing and it always makes you think, especially when you realise which muscles or stretches you've been neglecting, when you feel it the next day.
    This variance and Henry pushing you means you are more likely to go further and do things you wouldn't prefer to do yourself, which is definately beneficial and helps round out your training.
    The way corefituk is suited to all levels and physiques, is also refreshing and unique, to me atleast.
    As you can make almost all of the exersises as hard as you want to and change the difficulty mid exercise, then everyone is in the same boat which makes for a good atmosphere too.
