I started doing exercises regularly when I was 16 and haven't really stopped. My regime has adapted as I've got older but the changes settled down untill I started CorefitUK.
The variance is amasing and it always makes you think, especially when you realise which muscles or stretches you've been neglecting, when you feel it the next day.
This variance and Henry pushing you means you are more likely to go further and do things you wouldn't prefer to do yourself, which is definately beneficial and helps round out your training.
The way corefituk is suited to all levels and physiques, is also refreshing and unique, to me atleast.
As you can make almost all of the exersises as hard as you want to and change the difficulty mid exercise, then everyone is in the same boat which makes for a good atmosphere too.
